New Massage Therapist at PURE

We are happy to welcome our new visiting massage therapist, Sydney Price! Sydney graduated from the Swedish Institute of Health Sciences in New York City in 2011 and became a licensed massage therapist, focusing on Swedish relaxation massage and Shiatsu massage. In 2012 she travelled to Thailand to study Thai yoga massage (“yoga for lazy people”) in Chiang Mai. She looks forward to sharing her work with Pure and all of Granada! Call or come in to book a massage with Sydney.

Acro Yoga Workshop at Pure!

Learn how to fly!  Lillian Jacobs will offer one more ACRO YOGA WORKSHOP at PURE on Saturday, November 23.  Acro Yoga blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the loving kindness of healing arts.  This practice helps to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness, and cultivates trust, playfulness, and community. All levels welcome. Time: 10:30am to 12:30pm.  Cost = $10 or $8 for members.

New Yoga Instructor: Stacey Clarke

Stacey has been an enthusiastic yoga practitioner for over 4 years, finding her love of yoga in New York City and now teaching in Nicaragua. After years of dedicated practice, she considers yoga to be a way in which she moves through life, in love and contentment, rather than just 75-90 minutes of physical movement on the mat. Her passion for filling her soul and the mat and off has led to her to taking a 1 year hiatus from the Big Apple to teach in Nicaragua, start a retreat business introducing yogis from abroad to the wonderful people and places of Nicaragua, and devote time to a Mobile Library Bus project in the North.
