A private Yoga session is an excellent way to deepen your Yoga practice, to engage more deeply with the details of the Yoga postures, or to simply gain an informed understanding of what Yoga is and what it can do for you.
Many of us who have never done Yoga have preconceived notions of what Yoga is or what is required for someone to practice Yoga postures. The truth is: Yoga is appropriate for every body. But Yoga can also be dangerous, if the individual doesn’t have a basic understanding of the proper alignment of their body in the posture. Our Yoga instructors are dedicated to presenting and sharing Yoga in a manner that is clear and appropriate for each person.
