Flow with Amber is led by Amber Helms, co-founder of the Granada Yoga Collective. Amber offers in-person private sessions, weekly online classes, and community classes at Kodiak Bagel Shop. She also leads retreats in various locations in Nicaragua.<\/span><\/p>
